Events

Life is filled with many events we wish to capture - selling or renting out your property just may be one of those events. 
 

Investment
This session typically lasts for one-two hours but is truly dependent upon your needs and the size of the property - service price starts at
$200.00 + tax. A standard session includes interior and exterior edited digital imagery. Most clients commonly request interior & exterior imagery with a walkthrough video and drone/aerial video totaling $350.00 + tax. Please see below for additional services.

What's the process? 
Step 1) Once you are ready to schedule your session, select "Inquire" from the main menu and complete the brief questionnaire. 

Step 2) LCP will contact you to confirm date, time, and location of your service. After confirmation is received, an invoice and contract will be sent to you virtually. All payments and signed documentation are due prior to the start of service. 

Step 3) The session takes place. 

Step 4) LCP will edit your media and contact you within three weeks following your service date. You will receive a link to a password protected album where you may download all edited digital media from your service. To ensure the highest quality possible, it is encouraged to download media to a physical computer or laptop and not to a cellular device.
